Kaye Law-Fox, Non-Executive Director and Chair

Kaye Law-Fox has over 20 years public sector executive and senior management experience. Skilled in designing and delivering complex national and regional change programmes in regulated sectors; among others, she has worked for agencies of the Home Office, and the London Ambulance Service. Her expertise and interest are for right-sizing regulatory regimes, strategic governance and corporate systems of internal control and risk management across the public, private and charity sectors. 

Kaye is also an Associate Non-Executive Director of Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Board and is the Senior Independent Director of a registered provider of social housing in Wales. Since 2003, she has been an independent board member for housing associations varying in size and complexity, and a sector skills body. She has chaired subsidiary companies and committees including commercial asset management and development, operations, audit and risk, remuneration and professional standards, and numerous task and finish groups and executive recruitment panels.  

Kaye has a first degree in management systems, higher degrees in health management and rural resource management. 

Simon Wadley, Interim MD & Finance and Commercial Director

Simon is a qualified accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience. After graduating, Simon commenced his career with the Dowty Group as a graduate trainee, before joining Kraft Foods as Manufacturing Operations Accountant. Simon then joined a U.S. owned Software Company, Infor. Simon undertook many Senior Leadership roles over a 10 year period, including Financial Controller, UK Plc Planning Manager, Global Product Analyst, mergers, acquisitions and investments. Simon then joined a UK Government Department for 10 years in a senior leadership role, followed by a brief spell within Bristol Community Health as Deputy Finance Director before joining GMS as Finance and Commercial Director.

Terry Hull
Terry Hull, Strategic Asset Director

Terry is an experienced Senior Estates and Facilities professional with 9 years in the NHS at Gloucestershire Hospitals and George Eliot Hospital. Prior to joining the NHS he undertook Capital Development roles in both the private residential and Higher Education sectors.
Terry has a degree in Civil Engineering and progressed through site management and engineering design roles before joining residential house builders procuring land, before moving into the public sector. He lives in Solihull and is married with two children.

Richard Alden, Non-Executive Director

Richard has a wealth of experience at Board level as Managing Director of National Grid Property Holdings Ltd, and as a Board member at Berkley Group and Places for People. With extensive leadership experience at National Grid, Richard has managed the Estates directorate and made significant improvements. Richard is people-centred and has a track record of managing major transformation and change programmes which focused on organisational culture development.

Trevor Graham, Non-Executive Director

Trevor will bring extensive experience of building, estates, facilities and asset management. Trevor has been an Executive Director of Assets with GreenSquareAccord, and was a Consultant delivering transformational change improvements to management, governance and commercial acuity. Trevor has experience as a Non-Executive Director with a housing group and has held directorship of a wholly owned subsidiary. Trevor is passionate about decarbonisation and regeneration and providing sustainable outcomes for the NHS.

Rebecca Pritchard, Non-Executive Director

Rebecca Pritchard has held senior and board level positions in UK and US financial services companies, working across the public, private and third sectors. From 2013 to 2020, she was head of UK Business Banking at Triodos, the leading European sustainable bank and previously specialised in the development and funding of capital projects through public-private partnerships.

In addition to her role as Interim Non-executive director of Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) Rebecca is an Associate Non-executive Director of Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She is also active in the social lending sector as a Non-executive director of SWIG Finance, and as Director of Responsible Finance, the membership and advocacy organisation for lenders supporting disadvantaged communities.
